RICHARD E. CEMAN, JR.

Biography: Rick has been a dedicated attorney for over 40 years. He focuses on the defense of insurers and employers in worker’s compensation cases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1984. Rick joined the firm in 1989.

Rick's practice also extends to representing governmental entities in claims brought under Wisconsin Statutes 40.63 (Disability Retirement) and 40.65 (Duty Disability). His extensive experience includes successfully arguing cases before the State of Wisconsin Administrative agencies responsible for the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Act, as well as in Circuit Courts throughout Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
